There is no single answer for this, so just sign up for a poker site and try it out. There are never any fees for joining a poker room and it is pretty easy to move money between poker sites, so just try one out and if you don’t like it you have lost nothing but a little bit of time. Is my money safe on a poker site?

If you stick to the sites I list above, almost certainly yes. On any poker site on earth? No. All of the poker sites listed are viewed by the poker community as trustworthy. Many of these companies are publicly traded in the European markets and this is noted if applicable in the reviews. I am a poker pro of more than three years and frequently read news related to the poker industry, so I consider myself highly informed, although I am not an industry insider or anything fancy. Also, I am not interested in recommending operations that pose a real risk to players, especially when there are much safer options.
